Riyadh – Mubasher: Banan Real Estate Company has appointed Abdul Mohsen Abdul Aziz Al Haqbani as the new Chairman of the board.

The company also named Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Haqbani as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

Furthermore, Banan Real Estate extended the role of its CEO, Majed Abdullah Al Nasser, who is a member from outside the board.

The three officials will serve as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

It is worth noting that the decisions of the appointments were taken during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) which was held on 26 December 2022.
